This type of sauna is sometimes called a far-infrared sauna — "far" describes where the infrared waves fall on the light spectrum. A traditional sauna uses heat to warm the air, which in turn warms your body. An infrared sauna heats your body directly without warming the air around you.

How often should I do the sauna treatments?
The frequency does matter in order to achieve desired results. We recommend 3-4 times a week to have the maximum health benefits.
Our unlimited option is the best option for frequent usage.
What do I need to bring with me on my visits?
It is required to have two towels when entering Sauna, one towel will go on the bench and the second can be used through out session as needed(we have towel rental options available if you forget). It is recommended to hydrate before you start session and bring water to drink as well. Drinks are not permitted inside the sauna but can be kept right outside the door for easy access.
